My job is very meaningful to me. Working for Quest has made me a better person. I love what I do and knowing I play a role in helping our patients. That feeling is the reason I don’t want to retire any time soon.

When I first started working with Quest in phlebotomy, I wanted it to be the steppingstone into the healthcare world. I know with phlebotomy experience; I can eventually choose to become certified in a particular area like a phlebotomy Specialist or Donor Phlebotomy Technician.

I connect with Customer first because we can never forget that there is a patient who is reliant on our laboratories to provide accurate timely results for diagnostics and treatment.

Kids today are using devices from early ages, and on average, most teens use about 40 different apps every week. This week, we’re kicking off a series of workshops called Screen Smart to empower parents to confidently manage their teens’ usage of smartphones and devices.

I believe my journey from a Lab Assistant to the current role of Associate Scientist is a testament to the growth and opportunities within our team.
