My time with Quest Diagnostics has been quite remarkable. I have met people from all levels of society, traveled places I thought I would never see, made many close friendships, and learned so much about leadership, collaboration, and teamwork.

Over the past 29 years, my time with Quest Diagnostics in St. Louis, Missouri, has been more than just a job, but like a second home to me.

We launched Q4HE in 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic exposed inequities in the healthcare system that had long existed. Q4HE focuses on improving access to testing and diagnostic services for under-resourced communities.

I refreshed my resume and emailed it on my lunch break in same day.

We continued to grow access to and affordability of our leading diagnostic services over the past year. In 2023, we expanded utilization of our financial assistance program, widened availability of our services through new collaborations, and deepened our work with Q4HE.

We provide each of our patients with high-quality, individualized care, whether they come to Quest for regular monitoring or once-a-year testing.

Quest’s Corporate Giving Program captures the passion and commitment of our workforce to make meaningful contributions to the communities where we live and operate through a combination of financial support, donated and discounted services, and volunteer time.

We conducted a comprehensive benefits survey to better understand what our employees are looking for and determine how we can better meet their needs.
