The report provides a look at Kellogg’s performance and future direction in the areas of marketplace, workplace, environment, responsible sourcing and community.
Highlights from the report include:
- Helping combat global climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from its operations by 65 percent by 2050, as well as conserving natural resources in its operations.
- Working with our partners to help improve the livelihoods of farming families and communities who grow our ingredients through initiatives that address social, economic and environmental issues.
- Listening to and focusing on consumers, striving to meet their changing needs and preferences, including reducing sodium and sugar, and removing artificial colors and flavors from some of its foods.
- Donating more than 1.4 billion servings of cereal and snacks to feed children and families in need, through its Breakfasts for Better Days™ global signature cause, thus exceeding the goal to provide 1 billion servings by 2016.
