In an industry first, KPMG has revealed the detailed diversity profile of its 11,500 staff.

At the same time, the professional services firm has also announced targets, across the four areas of gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation, for the next three years, creating a benchmark against which the firm will recruit and develop its workforce.

Targets to hit by 2018 include 25% of partners to be female; 36% of directors and 46% of senior managers. It is also looking to reach 18% BAME in its senior managers and overall increase disability and LGBT levels to 2.8% and 4.1% respectively.
