? Deloitte decision... Dr Helena Barton joined Deloitte as a partner in its Danish Governance Risk & Compliance section last month. Barton’s responsibility will include expanding Deloitte’s assurance services in Sustainability and building Deloitte’s leadership in developments around Integrated Reporting. She brings with her the consulting business Corporate Context, which she founded in 2006 to provide CSR audit, assurance and advisory services. Barton has 15 years’ international CSR experience in responsible governance, risk management and communication. She is presently Vice-Chairman of the Global Reporting Initiative’s Stakeholder Council.
