The International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) has appointed three new board members. Nasser Saidi, head of the Hawkamah Institute of Corporate Governors, is the ICGN’s first board appointee from the Middle East. He is joined by Erik Breen, Robeco’s head of responsible investing, and Carol Hansell, a senior partner at the Canadian law firm Davies, Ward, Phillips & Vineberg.
