JP Morgan has appointed Peter Scher as its new head of corporate responsibility. Scher, who ran the bank’s lobbying in Washington, replaces William Daley, who left to join the White House. Mel Martinez will assume Daley’s duties as chairman of the JPMorgan Chase Foundation.
