Singapore-based Halcyon Group has appointed Howard Shaw as senior CSR vice-president. Shaw, formerly executive director of the Singapore Environment Council, will oversee the environmental management systems of the resources holding company, as well as conducting environmental impact studies and engaging stakeholders on its CSR activities.
