The European PVC industry has met a series of targets on sustainable development set ten years ago. The industry’s Vinyl 2010 report claims the sector has gone beyond goals on waste management, recycling, stakeholder engagement and the responsible use of additives. In all, the industry met or exceeded all targets set in 2000. A new set of commitments is expected later this year.
