Delta Airways has signed the code of conduct for Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism. The international airline joins 947 other tourism companies worldwide after extended talks with the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility. The code requires signatories to scrutinize their operations to avoid becoming unwitting facilitators of traffickers, and to adopt formal human rights policies, including the education of employees, to help authorities detect traffickers and protect potential victims.
