The CSR advisory service Acona has become a limited liability partnership (LLP) after six of the company’s senior partners led a buyout from the London-based consultancy’s Norwegian parent company. This is thought to be the first such buyout of a corporate responsibility adviser but Simon Hodgson, a managing partner, said: ‘The big message is change but no change.’ The company’s offices and staff remain the same.
