The electronic banking organization Bacs has upgraded its CSR programme by combining with the UK’s National Trust to provide employee volunteers and other support. Bacs, a non-profit body owned by 15 of Europe’s leading banks and building societies, has joined the National Trust corporate supporters scheme, which commits it, among other things, to releasing staff to work in volunteer projects on the trust’s estates and nature reserves.
