The world’s sixth-largest law firm is to allow its most senior lawyers to work part-time to encourage more women into such roles. The London-based Allen & Overy has previously regarded its ‘equity partners’ as too important to be part of flexible working arrangements, but from May they will be able to work four-day weeks and have more leave.
