A Centre for Law and Ethics backed by multinationals has been established at a UK university to enable ‘enhanced collaboration between academics, practising lawyers and industry’. The centre, which will be based at the University College London law faculty, will be partly funded by donations from businesses, including AstraZeneca, BAE Systems, BP, HSBC, Nestle and Norton Rose.
