A ‘report card’ has been published detailing the sustainability performance of US and Canadian colleges.

The fourth annual College Sustainability Report Card analyses the 332 colleges and universities with the largest endowments, with combined holdings representing $325billion (£200bn) in endowment assets, on criteria such as climate change and energy, endowment transparency and investment priorities.

This year 26 colleges received an A minus grade, up from 15 the previous year. Brown, Harvard and Yale were among the top performers.
