There were 722 CSR and corporate governance-related shareholder resolutions in the recent US proxy voting season, reports the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR), an association of 275 faith-based institutional investors. Resolutions that brought concrete results included those at two companies, Sunoco and Whole Foods, which agreed to restrict their use of the chemical bisphenol.
