Indonesia’s first socially responsible investment index has been established by the country’s stock exchange in collaboration with a biodiversity foundation. The Kehati-SRI Index will be run by IDX, the Indonesian stock exchange, in conjunction with the Jakarta-based Kehati foundation. It will use data provided by the Malaysian CSR consultancy OWW to decide which listed companies should make it on to the index.
