Healthcare multinational Baxter has updated its code of conduct to make it more user-friendly with a question and answer section, guides on making ethical decisions and links to further materials on its website. The new code, available in 20 languages, has been sent to all 48,500 Baxter employees, who will undergo mandatory online or classroom training sessions on the content. The US-based company’s first set of policies on business conduct was published in 1989.
