The US-based Corporate Responsibility Officer Association, formed in October to represent CSR practitioners in North America, has created a board of governors. Members include Stanley Litow, vice president of corporate citizenship at IBM, and Marcela Manubens, senior vice president of social responsibility at Phillips Van Heusen.
