A number of large companies have posted information about their ethical supply management experiences on a new website. The Responsible Supply Chain Management site features guidance and case studies from businesses such as Epson, GDF Suez, HP, L’Oreal, Titan and Volkswagen. The site, created by two Brussels-based organizations, CSR Europe and the Business Social Compliance Initiative, and the Athens-based Hellenic Network for CSR, is one of the outcomes of 20 discussion groups formed under the umbrella of the European Alliance for CSR. The Alliance was established two years ago in response to the European Commission’s second CSR white paper.
