One of Europe’s biggest state pension funds has chosen the Ethical Investment Research Service (Eiris) to provide extra-financial risk analysis services for its global equity portfolio. The Paris-based Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites has engaged Eiris to monitor whether companies in which it invests comply with the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact. UK-based Eiris recently opened a Paris office to build relationships with mainland European clients.
