The CarbonNeutral Company, which helps companies manage their carbon emissions, has taken over The GreenLife Organization, a privately held New York-based consultancy in the same field, for an undisclosed sum. Under the deal, signed last month, the ten-year-old CarbonNeutral Company, whose clients include Avis Europe, Barclays and the broadcaster Sky, will have two regional operating headquarters, in New York and London, as well as offices in San Francisco and Washington DC and affiliates in Canada, France, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
