UK property management company Prupim reduced carbon dioxide emissions from its shopping centres and managed offices by 14 per cent last year, meeting its self-imposed target four years ahead of schedule. The reduction, measured against a 2006 baseline, was achieved largely through improved energy efficiency and cuts in energy use.
