An organization has been formed to assist London restaurants assessing their social and environmental impacts. Ethical Eats was set up by London Food Link, whose members work towards ‘the development of a more sustainable food system for London’. Members will meet several times a year to discuss ingredients sourcing, waste management and ‘putting sustainability at the heart of catering training’.
