The board of Business for Social Responsibility has four new members. They are Diana Bell, corporate affairs senior vice-president at HP; Bob Corcoran, chief learning officer at General Electric; Pamela Passman, Microsoft’s global corporate affairs vice-president; and Mark Tercek, corporate citizenship director at Goldman Sachs. Each will serve for three years.
