A new membership organization for CSR executives has been created in the US. The Corporate Responsibility Officer (CRO) body has been set up by the publisher of the US-based Business Ethics magazine, Michael Connor, and will hold its first annual conference in New York in November. Apart from offering training and events, it will publish a new title, The CRO magazine, into which Business Ethics has now been incorporated. Individual membership of the CRO is free.
