A document drawn up for the architectural services department of the Hong Kong government is claimed to be the first sustainability report from a public agency that complies fully with the Global Reporting Initiative’s 2002 guidelines.

The report meets the highest level of compliance in that it has been reviewed and recognized by the GRI itself.

The report was produced with the help of ERM, one of the world’s largest environmental management consultancies.
