John Elkington, chair and founder of the SustainAbility consultancy, has switched to a roving, business development role with the title of chief entrepreneur. As a result, Sophia Tickell has become chair and Mark Lee chief executive. Lee has been a director of SustainAbility in the US for two years. Tickell first became a non-executive director of the consultancy in 2004. Peter Zollinger, previous executive director, will remain part of the management team.
