One in four listed companies globally now have ‘good or advanced’ systems for managing social and environmental risks, according to London-based Ethical Investment Research Services. Among UK companies, the research provider found that 65 of the FTSE 100 fell into these categories but only 56 of the FTSE 250 did so. The universe was the FTSE All World Developed and the FTSE All Share indices. However, the analysis excluded US companies because Eiris did not feel it had sufficient data on them.
