Esso UK, an affiliate of ExxonMobil, has signed up to a pilot supplier diversity programme based at De Montfort University. Esso said it had joined the programme, which already has BT, IBM and PepsiCo UK on board, to develop a diversity programme similar to that run in the US by ExxonMobil. The Leicester-based university’s pilot is funded by the East Midlands Development Agency.
