Staff guidance on how to behave towards stakeholders is being produced by the engineering and construction group Balfour Beatty. The UK-based multinational is working on three documents advising staff on dealing with employees, suppliers and other stakeholders. The stakeholder codes of practice, to be introduced this year, are being developed in-house with some help from consultants. Balfour Beatty said: ‘The idea is to create a suite of documents that state how we expect employees to behave towards other stakeholders.’
