Adecco has become the world's first large recruitment company to produce a group-wide sustainability report. The Swiss-based multinational's debut report covers its performance during 2003 and 2004. It will now report annually.  The 50-page document includes pledges by the €17.2billion ($21bn, £11.5bn) turnover company to expand its disability and skills programme across 15 business units, to introduce a revised code of conduct with back-up training, and to define the 'corporate sustainability performance indicators' on which it will report every year.
