Co-operation between the public and private sectors to ensure economic and social development is carried out in a more sustainable fashion will be the principal theme of the second Asia-Pacific Business Forum in Bangkok from 13 to 15 May. Delegates will debate CSR and what companies need to do to put their businesses on a more sustainable footing.

The forum is being organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. To prepare for it, the World Bank Institute and others are running an online discussion on CSR for interested parties from various professional backgrounds throughout the region.
