Two-thirds of the top 100 UK companies do not set clear targets in their environmental reports that state how they will improve their impact on the global environment, a study concludes. The analysis by UK-based Ethical Consumer Information Systems of FTSE 100 reporters found that 62 set no quantified targets, and of the 38 that did, only 15 had their performance against those targets verified.
