Cutbacks of £355million ($678m) at the BBC during the next three years will lead to savings in its corporate responsibility programme – but there will be no job losses in the team of eight, despite the recent announcement of 3780 redundancies across the corporation. The BBC told EP: ‘Our CSR department, along with all other BBC areas, is charged with making savings in how it operates. But the core team in CSR will continue with its core activities and there will be no changes in the next year.’
