Work has begun on an international ‘user-friendly’ manual on stakeholder engagement. Gap, Camelot and Telefonica are among companies that will recount their experiences in the manual from the Institute of Social and Ethical Accountability, the UN Environment Programme and the Stakeholder Research Associates consultancy in Canada. Publication is in 2005.
