Examples of innovative work by companies on workplace equality are being sought by the European Commission for a compendium of good practice. The commission’s Community Action Programme on discrimination, which is funding the publication, wants to hear from European companies that can demonstrate their diversity programmes have increased their sales or profits, improved workforce morale or enhanced their reputation. The work is being done by the Focus consultancy.
