BSkyB will invest £250,000 ($426,000) next year in a UK programme to ‘re-engage’ young people in society. The Youth Challenge programme will target 16-17 year-olds who are not in education, employment or training, and offer them help to build their confidence and self-esteem. The idea arose from conversations with young people and youth service providers involved in BSkyB programmes.
