Triodos Bank has launched a bond issue for Mencap. Golden Lane Housing, an offshoot of the UK learning disabilities charity, is to build adapted housing with the £4million ($6.5m) to be raised from individual investors, who will receive a return of one per cent above inflation over ten years.
