Technology company Agilent is to put its social and environmental reporting onto the web next year.

The US-based company, which demerged from Hewlett Packard in 1999 and has an annual turnover of £6.8billion ($10bn), has commissioned the UK’s Flag consultancy to produce the web report, which will follow a structure recommended by the Global Reporting Initiative guidelines.

Agilent’s first hard-copy social and environmental report went to 40,000 global stakeholders.
