Carr to drive sustainability at WSP

The environmental consultancy WSP has appointed Robert Carr as its new director for sustainability and energy, in its Middle East, India and Africa operations. Carr – who joins from Buro Happold, where he was head of environment and sustainability – will be based in Dubai and says he will seek to develop innovative and culturally-specific ways of delivering the region’s sustainability goals.
