Dando joins PIRC

David Dando has joined the UK proxy agency, Pensions & Investment Research Consultants (PIRC) to run its custom services team. Joining from the governance advisor HBQ Partners, which recently went into administration, Dando will work directly with institutional investors on corporate governance.
