Richards moves from Aviva to Threadneedle

Threadneedle Investments has appointed Iain Richards as head of governance and responsible investment. Richards joins from Aviva Investors, where he was regional head of corporate governance for eight years, and will lead the firm’s small ESG research team and head up SRI engagement.
