Thomson Reuters is to provide $1.2million of funding for up to 15 law libraries in Africa over the next few years. The business information provider will work on the project with the Books For Africa charity.  It says there is a business case for the move, as promotion of the rule of law in Africa could usher in a more stable environment in which the multinational can operate.
