Investors form property alliance

A group of property investors has created a body to help them manage their real estate more sustainably.

Founding members of the International Sustainability Alliance, formally established last month, include Aberdeen Asset Management, APG, Barclays, C&A, Corio, ING Real Estate, Redevco, Standard Chartered and Unibail-Rodamco.

The non-profit organization will have its secretariat at the UK’s Building Research Establishment. It will be governed by a council drawn from the membership.
