The winners of all five of this year's Global Reporting Initiative Readers' Choice Awards were Brazilian. The overall prize went to Banco do Brasil. The GRI also announced 'a huge growth in participation' from Brazil in the awards, which are judged by report readers rather than by a panel of judges.
