Tim Nicholson, the former sustainability officer suing UK property investment business Grainger for unfair dismissal on the grounds that he had been sacked for holding ‘philosophical beliefs’ on climate change that were akin to religious convictions (EP11, issue 5, p1), has settled out of court with the company. Nicholson has agreed a settlement of £55,000.
