Two-thirds of the UK’s business leaders have said they expect a more responsible economy to emerge from the recession. In a Business in the Community poll of 330 of its ‘leadership’ members, 97 per cent of respondents also said they, as individual business leaders, ‘must be seen to act to restore [economic] confidence’ lost through the recession.
