An ethical code on lobbying has been produced by the Danish pharmaceuticals industry. The Lobby Code requires drugs companies to fully disclose lobbyists’ interests and affiliations to politicians and civil servants, forbids giving financial support to officials or political parties, and advises companies on the use of external representatives and legislation in the field.
