Matthew Kiernan is to leave the CSR consultancy RiskMetrics, eight months after the company acquired Innovest, which Kiernan founded and managed. When Innovest was taken over Kiernan became co-head of the RiskMetrics Sustainability Solutions Group. Innovest has cited ‘personal interests’ as his reason for going.
